They believe they've a bonus over the at home exercisers and are better positioned for meeting the targets of theirs. And in the beginning glance, maybe they're right. - Access to trainers  
- The ease of working out with a partner  
- Exercising in a fitness environment  
But here's the thing... you don't NEED any of the items to get healthy, burn off pounds of ugly fat or even construct an attractive, athletic body. And read more when you think you do NEED them, you start to be dependent upon them.  
What goes on when you can't reach the workout room? What goes on if you can't utilize the devices because the gym is simply too busy? What happens once the trainer is training other customers?
