As I was driving to the gym right now to sign up for a workout for myself (1st in about eight times which took about twelve minutes) I was thinking about a discussion that I had with one of the brand new telephone clients of mine about exercise and dieting.

He is mixed up! Majority of bodybuilders are confused as well as bewildered.
