Streamers and content creators were given access immediately, and in an attempt to promote the game, Riot Games is releasing access to the beta in the form of drops. The beta drops are unique to Twitch, as it is the only platform that viewers will have the opportunity to receive drops on. Run It Back, Phoenix’s ultimate ability, allows the player to regenerate in a specific location. Once equipped, players can place a marker where they stand, and use the following few seconds to wreak havoc. After the player dies or the timer runs out, Phoenix will regenerate in the marked spot with full health. The player can use any of Phoenix’s other abilities and shoot weapons while the ultimate is active. Run It Back takes six charges before it is available for  
Trapwire is Cypher’s second basic ability, giving the player a tripwire to place at the map’s chokepoints. Once placed, Trapwire will extend to whatever structure stands opposite the wall it was placed on. Should an enemy cross through it, they will be tethered, dazed, and their location revealed if they do not destroy the trap in time. Sound and visual cues can alert the enemy of the Trapwire if they take a careful approach. If discovered, the traps must either be shot down or avoided with the use of another agent’s abilities.
