We would all choose the easier instead of the harder option if we'd the choice - it is human to do it. For example, I'd rather go to the fitness center with a high level of testosterone which could help me deal with all of the weights than go there with a low-level of androgenic hormones and face an uphill battle with all of that iron as well as the pain it provides. It's not sufficient to have a great deal of enthusiasm - we require anabolic steroids as testosterone to cope with heavy loads and this one main reason we go to the gym in the first instance - to create increasingly greater levels of muscle mass which increased testosterone permits us to do.  
If I go to the gym for the first time in a few years and I'm not prepared for it, next I am destined to fail and not only that, I'm likely to be much less enthusiastic about joining the gym at later on times. Additionally, received positive reviews the good results from beginning visits to the gym because of getting adequate testosterone levels to cope would offer me a good feedback loop along with a cycle of success would ensue. The essence to success is usually to be prepared, along with that is a case of getting my body chemistry right in the earliest example. The onus is on people for getting the body of ours and its testosterone levels correct before we get dizzy on your enthusiasm to rush off and join the gym.
