1. Chew your food very well. Digestive enzymes for carbohydrates are in the jaws. Enzymes that break down fat and proteins are in the stomach.
2. Do not drink while eating as something more than ¼ cup of liquid is going to dilute the digestive enzymes in the stomach; drink just between meals (2 hours after a meal and up to ½ hour prior to a meal).
3. Don't publish antacids - you likely don't need to "calm down" an acid stomach. In fact, you most likely really need more digestive enzymes that will help digest the foods of yours (they deplete as we age!). Some other factors: Did you consume with your meal (see #2)? Did you take in fresh fruit with other food items (see #7)?
4. Get some form of exercise daily. Not simply does the lymph get stimulated to move (carrying toxic compounds out of the body), however, you might have an even better bowel movement because of training.
5. Water intake is crucial - drink about half the body weight of yours in ounces of excellent drinking water each day (more in summer time plus more when you exercise, of course). Example: If you weigh 130 pounds, you have to ingest sixty five ounces (two liters) of water per day. Pass on tea, sodas, coffee, and more. They are diuretics (which take water out of your system) and also you need to drink a lot more water to compensate for choosing them. Pass on city tap water, too, to stay away from the fluoride and chlorine.
6. Eat lots of vegetables, fruits, click here and cereals each day to obtain both insoluble and soluble fiber. Many prepared foods (and meats) are devoid of fiber, so choose produce that is fresh (and ) that is organic as often as you can.
7. Eat fruits separately from various other food items. Fruits consumed along with other food items slow down their transit time (digestion) to complement another food....hence, the fruit has more time of the intestine to ferment that will cause gas or bloating.
8. Pick some "cleanse" type to do no less than four times each year (or as often as monthly). This will give your body a break from digesting and enables it to move toxins from the body. You are able to obtain information about cleanses from product labels/inserts, articles, and books (e.g., colon cleanse, liver/gallbladder cleanse, kidney cleanse, etc.).
