The MTZ-556 has the second-best AR TTK in the game after the MCW and offers a similar range. It is much more suited for close and medium-range combat, and players are much better off using other rifles that are more suited for long-range, like the SVA 545 . For players who want a good balance between the recoil and range, then the SVA 545 is a good alternative to the Holger 556.
