The first, and by far the most important, part of playing the Nurse is to truly have a feel for a map's layout before playing the killer. A major tactic implemented to almost all Hillbilly player's arsenal is using his Chainsaw charge as a recon ability. Given how incredibly fast the ability is it allows for Hillbilly players to make rounds of a given area extremely efficiently. Plus the fact that the charge has no in-game stopping point other than running into a hazard allows for Hillbilly player to almost endlessly run around a given map.
