What is "Blood Sugar"?
Precisely what we eat or drink is digested. The digestion process just breaks down drink and food into component parts thus they may be assimilated as vitamins, minerals, fats, proteins and carbohydrates. The imbalances can be hyperglycemia (too high), hypoglycemia (far too low) or maybe dysglycemia (too large AND extremely low). The photos below show the blood glucose levels in these instances. No single type is worse than another, and all of them may be corrected within a couple of short weeks.
