Believe it or not, that was one of my 1st recipes I had ever put down on paper! That has been something such as sixteen years ago. (wow!)
Any time you are not familiar with the dishes of mine, then I will tell you (again), I love salads. They are an integral part of my cooking, entertaining and meal planning. I will go into detail later on (it is a long, story) which is long about where my passion for salads came from, but for now, suffice it to say they assist in filling in when doing meal preparation. This's particularly true when preparing a French menu: first program, main as well as dessert. This I have dubbed: les trois classiques.
Living right now for nearly twenty years in France, the French never cease to astonish me with regards to courses.
